You want your life back.
Maybe not the pre-cancer version (I hate to tell you this, but she's gone 🫣), but at least a version of you that hasn't been completely hijacked by your diagnosis.
❌ Your doctors are focused on treating your physical health, but your emotions feel equally out of whack (or worse, ignored).
❌ Your family wants to help, but they don't fully understand what you're going through. Your friends tell you to "stay positive" or "at least it's a free boob job." (Don't get me started here.)
❌ Meanwhile, you're left trying to navigate fear, uncertainty, scan anxiety, and the constant mental chatter all by yourself.
❌ You may even feel guilty for struggling. Maybe your cancer was caught early. Maybe you didn't need chemotherapy. Or maybe someone else had it "worse," so you tell yourself you should just be grateful. (Spoiler alert: fear doesn't care what stage your breast cancer is.)
At this point, you're probably thinking, "There has to be a better way."
✔️ A way to stop feeling like you're living in survival mode.
✔️ A way to quiet the mental gymnastics without pretending everything is okay.
✔️ A way to feel like you again, even when breast cancer is still part of your story.
Good news. You're in the right place, and you don't have to white-knuckle it any more.
Imagine a life shaped by your choices — not your diagnosis — without waiting until cancer is behind you.
Ready to get out of survival mode?
What you want isn't as far away as it feels right now.
Picture this:
☀️ You wake up and think about how you want to spend your day - making plans, pursuing the things you love, and creating moments you look forward to, not just counting down to your next appointment.
🍽️ You're sitting across from a family member at dinner, fully immersed in their story and laughing until your cheeks hurt, without secretly wondering whether the pasta or dessert is increasing your risk of recurrence.
😴 You sleep soundly at night without replaying every symptom or spiraling into a 2:00 a.m. Google rabbit hole.
🌿 You move your body without fear because you've discovered movement that actually bring you joy.
🩷 You trust yourself to handle whatever comes next instead of feeling like your life is permanently on hold.
to go from
Feeling like cancer has become your entire identity, where every conversation, every decision, and every thought somehow leads back to your diagnosis
TO ➜
Feeling like you again, where breast cancer is part of your story, but no longer the thing defining every part of your life.
Second-guessing every decision, from what to eat, to how to exercise, to whether a new ache means something is wrong
TO ➜
Making decisions with greater clarity because you have evidence-informed expert guidance instead of relying on conflicting headlines and late-night Google searches.
Carrying the emotional weight of breast cancer completely on your own because no one around you truly understands what you're going through
TO ➜
Being supported by women who get it, without having to explain why scanxiety, fear of recurrence, or survivorship can still feel so exhausting.
Hey there! I'm Amy.
My favorite thing is spending time with my husband John and our dog Ellie, or getting lost in Stephen King’s latest audiobook. (Apparently my idea of relaxing somehow involves being mildly scared). When I'm not doing that, I'm helping women take the reins back from breast cancer so they can move through their diagnosis guided by self-trust and not fear.
A few years ago, my life looked pretty good on paper. I had a successful corporate career, a six-figure salary, and plenty of reasons to feel happy. But my internal world told a completely different story.
Wine had become my non-negotiable way to unwind, food was a place of escape, and I was carrying around an extra 70 pounds. It felt like I was constantly searching for something outside of myself to make me feel okay, and eventually, I got tired of living that way.
I signed up for yoga because I wanted to lose a little weight. And yes, the weight eventually came off, but that ended up being the least interesting part of the story. I became obsessed with meditation, mindfulness, and learning how to regulate my nervous system, and something shifted in a hard-to-describe, yet profound way. For the first time in a long time - maybe ever? - I wasn't looking outside of myself for stability anymore.
Then, one year later, I was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer. Chemotherapy. A bilateral mastectomy. Radiation. Multiple reconstructive surgeries. I learned what it felt like to wait for pathology reports and have my mind race ahead to places I desperately wished it wouldn't go. But this was only a small fraction of my overall cancer journey, because I already had the tools in place to help manage my mental and emotional health. As a result, the past two years, which coincide with my cancer journey, have been some of the richest and most meaningful times of my life.
Looking back, I know my cancer journey would have been a completely different story had I not spent the year before my diagnosis learning how to work with my mind instead of against it.
Today, I'm continuing to deepen this passion by pursuing a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction facilitator credential through Brown University. Calm Through Cancer was born from this experience, and from the firm belief that even when we can't control what happens to us, we can choose how we respond to it. And that realization changes everything.
This can be your reality, too. (Yes, really.)

Nope. There's no way I would ever ask you to pay that much. Remember... I went through breast cancer too, so I know the financial strain that goes along with treatment!
My goal is for this to genuinely be accessible to anyone who needs the support, so I'm drastically reducing the investment to only $247. (You read that right... an 85% discount.) And, I'm offering something special for the first 30 women who join as founding members.
So here’s the deal. Join by Sunday night, August 17 at midnight, and you'll get an extra $50 off, bringing your total investment to just $197. Use the code FINDCALM at checkout.
That's the full Calm Through Cancer experience: the program, lifetime access, the community, the tools, and all the bonuses, including expert advice from an Oncology Registered Dietitian and expert support from a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Lymphedema Therapist.

I'm currently in active treatment, exhausted, and barely have enough energy to get through the day. Is this still right for me?
I've tried meditation before, and it just wasn't for me. I got bored and felt like I was doing it wrong.
Can you tell me more about the reflection exercises? I'm not really a "journal person."
How is Calm Through Cancer different from all the free information that's already out there?
I can't afford $197 right now. Do you offer an accessibility option?
What if I miss a few days? And what does "lifetime access" mean?
