A FREE, LIVE WORKSHOP FOR WOMEN NAVIGATING BREAST CANCER

Tuesday, August 11, from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. CST

IT DOESN'T HAVE TO STAY THAT WAY.

What if breast cancer wasn't the first thing on your mind every morning?

✔️ What if you could sit through dinner with your family without mentally jumping ahead to the worst-case scenario?

✔️ What if you could turn off the lights at night without spiraling through every symptom, statistic, or "what if?"

✔️ What if you trusted yourself to handle whatever comes next, even when life still felt uncertain?

A breast cancer diagnosis can leave you feeling like you're simply existing from appointment to appointment, constantly waiting for the next scan, or late-night spiraling. While your medical team is focused on treating your body, the emotional side of cancer is often left up to you to figure out on your own.

IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE THAT WAY.

SAVE MY SPOT

Tuesday, August 11, from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. CST

YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

Give me 60 minutes, and I'll show you how to take the reins back.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

✔️ You were diagnosed with breast cancer and feel like everyone expects you to move on, but you're still scared, anxious, and living in survival mode.

✔️ You feel like you're existing in between appointments while your life is on pause.

✔️ You want practical tools that fit into your real life, not another overwhelming routine that feels impossible to keep up with.

✔️ You know you can't control everything that happens, but you want to feel more in control of how you respond to it.

YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE.
Give me 60 minutes and I'll show you
how to take the reins back.

COUNT ME IN

Tuesday, August 11, from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. CST

HI, I'M AMY.

✔️ Breast cancer thriver. (Chemo. Radiation. Bilateral mastectomy. DIEP flap reconstruction.)

✔️ Currently pursuing a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) facilitator credential through Brown University.

✔️ Firm believer that our diagnosis doesn't have to define us.

When I was diagnosed with stage II breast cancer at 36, I quickly realized that while my medical team was focused on treating my body, I needed tools to support my mind.

Today, my mission is simple: to help women with breast cancer kick fear out of the driver's seat so they can face whatever comes next.
